7" Nakiri - 1084

Nakiri are a dedicated vegetable knife and enable cutting multiple veg at the same time due to the longer flat spot in the edge profile. This one is forged from 1084 High Carbon Steel and features a lot of forge finish to air in the food release of those pesky sticky veg like cucumbers and the likes. The handle is a combination of Stabilised Blackwood, G10, Phosphor bronze and quilted Buloke.
